Behind the Scenes

The behind-the-scenes process of my music video provides insight into how the visual and technical elements were achieved during filming. It highlights the practical side of production, including camera setup, lighting arrangements, and how different shots were constructed.

During filming, I used a combination of planned setups and adjustments to capture each scene effectively. For indoor shots, I carefully positioned lighting to create a low-key and chiaroscuro effect. This involved controlling where the light falls so that only certain parts of the subject and environment were visible, while the rest remained in shadow. This helped maintain the dark and cinematic tone of the video.

For outdoor scenes, I worked with natural lighting and adjusted camera angles to achieve the desired composition. Since these scenes depended on available light, positioning and timing were important in capturing the correct mood and atmosphere.

Camera placement played a key role in shaping the visuals. I experimented with different angles, including close-ups for detailed shots and wider frames to show space and isolation. Some shots required stable positioning, while others involved slight movement to follow the character naturally.

The behind-the-scenes process also involved managing props and costume within each frame. Care was taken to ensure that all elements were placed correctly and remained consistent across different takes. This was important for maintaining continuity and visual coherence.

Throughout the shoot, I worked through multiple takes and adjustments to achieve the desired results. Some shots required repositioning of the camera or changes in lighting to improve clarity and composition. This process allowed me to refine each scene and ensure that it aligned with my storyboard and overall concept.

Overall, the behind-the-scenes process demonstrates how planning was applied in practice and how different technical decisions contributed to the final visual outcome of the music video.
